Kanak Food Truck embodies the true essence of the aloha spirit, evident from the moment my fiancée and I encountered it at the Treefort Festival. Despite the long line, which spoke volumes about its popularity, the wait was worth it. I ordered their Kanak Fries and the trio tacos (coconut shrimp, kalua pig, and Korean brisket). Kanak Attack catered my daughter's wedding. We went with the entire Italian menu, and it was fabulous! Everyone is still raving about the food! We had 120 people, and there was plenty of food! They were wonderful to work with! I highly recommend Kanak Attack for your next event. I know I will use them again.
