“We had such a phenomenal experience with Whitney Fredin. Their whole team is incredibly kind and the food was amazing. We had so many compliments at our wedding for everything! They did a great job. We were also able to hire their staff to help with cleanup and it really was a huge help for us and relieved a lot of our stress. One of their very thoughtful gestures was they wrapped up to go boxes from myself (the bride) and groom , to eat later, because some how they would know we wouldn't really eat much and would be famished by 11 pm. They also sent us home with leftovers which was very lovely and we had some yummy food for a couple days. Just very thoughtful service all around and we had nothing to worry about.
They're also very honest. They shared a detail with us later on about a small mistake, that we weren't even aware of but our guests shared with them, and they communicated it to us and fixed it. So this company has morals and ethics and transparency, which says a lot about them!!

“ALCC was amazing for my daughters wedding this summer! Not only was the food absolutely delicious but all the staff was amazing. From the original date tasting food and making selections we knew were going to be in good hands with ALCC. They quickly adjusted plans without a fuss setting up appetizers in a different location then they had anticipated. They took time to save some appetizers for wedding couple as they were off taking pictures and would have missed them entirely. The presentation of dinner was beautiful, including additional little touches to match the wedding colors. During the dinner, they went above and beyond helping to clear plates from tables and keep the drink dispensers full despite that not being part of the deal. They even helped to set up all the dessert even though we did that ourselves. We would definitely hire ALCC again! Thanks for being a part of making the day amazing! “Had the pleasure of enjoying the food from Big K BBQ when they catered breakfasts and dinners at a 4 day event I was at with 150 campers on a the Lazy R Ranch - an amazing remote ranch near Sweet Idaho. The variety was incredible, every meal was on time, there was alway plenty of food, they had options for everyone, and above all it was absolutely delicious. It was not an easy spot to get to - no running to the store for something you forgot or ran out of - and planning it must have taken was admirable. Thanks Big K people for all the fabulous meals!
