Their event space is BEAUTIFUL! Located off state st and Collister, the location is right on the water and decorated to be on a warm oasis. They are able to host 40 inside and 100 on the deck. Super beautiful location.Food is Hawaiian and is super tasty!!

Kanak Food Truck embodies the true essence of the aloha spirit, evident from the moment my fiancée and I encountered it at the Treefort Festival. Despite the long line, which spoke volumes about its popularity, the wait was worth it. I ordered their Kanak Fries and the trio tacos (coconut shrimp, kalua pig, and Korean brisket). Unfortunately, I clumsily dropped my tacos, but the Kanak team's kindness shone through as they promptly replaced them for free. The food transported us back to the islands with its authentic flavors and warm hospitality, offering a taste of Hawaiian cuisine and culture. I wholeheartedly recommend giving Kanak Food Truck a try for a delightful culinary journey and a dose of cultural exposure.

Awesome food and experience, the Poke bowl and coconut shrimp are excellent. If you can find their truck I highly recommend their food. If I could give them 10 stars I would

Kanak Attack catered my daughter's wedding. We went with the entire Italian menu, and it was fabulous! Everyone is still raving about the food! We had 120 people, and there was plenty of food! They were wonderful to work with! I highly recommend Kanak Attack for your next event. I know I will use them again.

Somewhat dissapointing food quality. For this event, the coconut shrimp and ribs were overcooked, almost like they were leftovers that had been reheated. Also, they initially forgot one of the dishes and had to rush it there. Setup and teardown was on time and efficient, although they forgot one dish which they rushed to the event. Cost was about $40 per person, which seemed high given the quality of the food.

Normally bring my lunch to work but ran out of time this morning. On my way to find something, saw this truck in a parking lot near my office. The men working it were so great. The interaction totally made my day. Got the tacos & they were SOO good. Absolutely would get this food again. Will keep an eye out for the truck! Excited to have some leftovers to share w my husband.

I am on a fire right now, over by Twin Falls. KANAK is catering our meals. I've been on fires for 15+ years and these guys are one of the best caterers I've seen, no joke!!

I delivered groceries to them, and had to haul a dozen or so cases of soda plus some other stuff and they stuffed me on a tip. For a service industry business, that seems pretty lame.

The food is really delicious. We had sampled for our wedding and picked our items. Though one of the dishes delivered was not correct per what we ordered, it was still yummy. Please improve communication with customers for these situations.

Kanak attack truck off n marketplace is made with aloha, can tell. I keep coming back for the kalua pork, best I've had since home. Their Mac salad is also on point would be nice if they had more options for authentic Hawaiian cuisine, maybe some mahi-mahi burgers like that I used to get at paia fish market. Otherwise, mahalo Kanak attack
