Management. Whoever reads and puts what you do or don't put on the pizza needs their position be switched. My wife has already made a review stating 3 times in a row we've gotten our order wrong. Tonight we ordered again. I picked up in store checked the pizza and it was wrong. So they remade it. And got that one wrong too! So now I've been waiting an unnecessary 30 mins and my other food made correctly is now cold.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I'm coming here to say that it's the 3rd time in a ROW they've incorrectly made my gluten-free/dairy-free pizza.I have gluten and dairy intolerances and while I've absolutely LOVED the kind service from the drivers, it's a little annoying having to do another round of delivery. Luckily they offer free delivery for a new pizza (we learned that the hard way after an employee told us WE had to drive to the store to get a new one), but if you have allergies or intolerances I would suggest just checking it before the driver leaves so you're not stuck waiting for another 45 minutes.The single time they made it correctly was only because I left a note about it in all caps, and I shouldn't ever have to do that.PLEASE train your employees to read.
My wife and I have ordered from this branch multiple times now and couldn’t be happier. Great customer service, fast pizza assembly, and great tasting food for a last minute meal. You guys rock!

This place is full of excuses. Advertise a 30 minute deliver time. Takes over an hour to deliver food and when it gets here it is cold. Excuse after excuse why they can't deliver a hot pizza. Tells me it will be another hour before I get a warm pizza. The owner needs to change the management at this store so people's food isn't sitting around for 40 plus minutes before it gets delivered.

Jordan delivered this pizza like a champ. You wouldn’t even believe how fast Jordan got here with our pizza. I guess it’s just Jordan doing Jordan things. Jordan is the man he never ceases to amaze me. He can’t here and delivered my pizza brought my garbage cans up and played catch with my son. Taught him a mean curve ball for the up coming little league season. Three cheers for Jordan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered specifically tonight and my order was bagged inaccurately. When I called and spoke to Tyler I was met with conflict. Wasn’t offered a fix to the mistake just 20% off something that was the company’s fault. I’ve ordered from here for the past 2 years and this is the worst service I’ve received

We order from Domino's on State Street about once every two weeks. We use both Delivery and Pick up. Both can be kind of slow, depending on driver availability, but there is no real excuse for slow pick up as they tell you when your order is ready. The quality of the pizza is usually really good...an occasional miss, especially if within half an hour of closing. We enjoy the boneless chicken wings (more meat for the bucks) with no sauce. The sauces are ok but can be a little overwhelming...too much, slippery...? Anyway, Domino's prices are more reasonable than others, and there are always coupons to use but, but the choices don't seem to change much. Points toward a free pizza is also a plus. So, nothing very fancy, but our "go to" for delivery pizza.
