We had lunch there the other day, after a recommendation from my niece. Both of our dishes were excellent! And the waitresses were so friendly and helpful. If you are looking for good Vietnamese food, I highly recommend Dong Khanh!
Maybe not quite at the highs of the best of southern California. But great nevertheless. The portion sizes are good and it didn't feel like they held back on meat or noodles. Friendly staff, satisfying broth. That's all you need!
