My husband who grew up in NOLA having wonderful pho, thought the specialty pho broth was super clean & great. We were driving through and we’d definitely drop by again if we drive through Boise again. The wait staff was super friendly and it was a great environment.
This place is decent, but not great. I ordered the veggie pho and while the broth was fine, the daikon and carrots were bitter and mushy, respectively. It’s nice that there is a place open on Sundays though, that’s hard to find for pho in Boise. If you have the option though, I’d definitely go to Pho Nouveau instead (they are closed Sunday and Monday). Pho le is also pretty overpriced. They have three sizes of pho: large, medium, and small. Best vegan pho in Boise. Hands down. I genuinely wish they had more vegan options like egg rolls, but the service is so great, the pho is so good, and they are so generous with the portions, that I honestly don't care (the spring rolls are pretty good too!).
