Went in today for dinner. I only eat chicken and when I asked about the chicken / turkey pho, they said only turkey is available. I then asked if I could substitute chicken in one of their vegetarian pho’s to which the answer was also No. I then settled for the vegetable noodles which to my shock when it came was dry( I had asked the server to which there was no indication saying it would be dry / soupy). clearly went to a pho place hoping it would be soupy, nevertheless, I request for broth and they gladly provided me with a large bowl ( that much wasn’t required at all). I was charged extra which is also Ok. We came back home and now it’s been 3 hours since and our stomachs don’t feel ok at all. The other person with me had Beef Pho & had terrible stomach ache and is nauseous. Very disappointed. I’m visiting Boise and my friends highly recommended this place but it didn’t suite me well.

I hate their service. We ordered 4 different pho dishes and they give us only 2 small Chilli sauces and only one dish of veggies instead of individual sides and told us to share. I had been to this restaurant before and usually they have individual sides! The serving person was so rude! We asked why they are giving a joint side for four people. He replied that it's his restaurant and he can do whatever he likes! Really??!! He also told me " If you make a restaurant, then you do as per your wish!". I have never seen anyone dealing with the customers this way!I wish I could just complain against them or give 0 star!

Best vegan pho in Boise. Hands down. I genuinely wish they had more vegan options like egg rolls, but the service is so great, the pho is so good, and they are so generous with the portions, that I honestly don't care (the spring rolls are pretty good too!).
