I was double charged for over $50. They said they would fix by end of night if not call back talk to Krissy the next day. I called for two days, left messages and nothing. Do not trust your money here. This is not the first time and I thought it was only a mistake the last time and would give them another try.

The waitresses were amazing! The burgers were on POINT! I had the Island Burger and the wife had a custom Stuffed blue cheese guacamole burger! The mango habanero sauce on the Island Burger made a huge difference! I truly recommend it!

I’ve been here many times over the years and it runs the gamut from “not great” to “just fine.” The people working usually seem nice enough but don’t really care about being on top of service. That’s generally okay with me. It’s an acceptable place to watch a game and sometimes get your drink refilled, if you’re lucky.
I’ve only eaten at Double Tap twice. The first time, about a year ago, it was just a standard pub burger. Nothing bad at all, but nothing exciting. That’s fine.
Tonight I got the breakfast burger and I knew it would be a bit messy because of the egg. But when I picked it up, both the top and bottom buns were so slimy (before I even broke the yoke) that I pretty much lost my appetite. I was starving so I took a couple of bites anyway. And somehow they managed to serve me a mostly raw smash burger. Some people might like that but I didn’t care for it.
I’ll come back here for a drink again, probably, but the food just isn’t for me.
Definitely not the worst bar in Boise, but they could do a bit better.
