This place went down hill! It used to be ny favorite location and now I avoid it if at all possible. Not only will you be in line FOREVER, the lady took my order at 315pm today was extremely rude. I've never seen a dutch so slow at pushing out orders, even on a drop day. Do better, hire an adequate amount of employees and nicer people!

i typically get coffee on my way to work and never really have timing issues at other shops but this one is always laggy. i waited 15 minutes just for my order to be taken and then another 20 for my drink. they seemed to have been interested in one car because they sat at the window for 10 of those minutes. very disappointed and will not return when i am needing to be somewhere at a specific time.

I absolutely love Dutch bros. But every single time I go to the one on State Street they mess up my order. I will be the only car in line and they will still mess up my order. And their orders that are usually already on the menu. That an employee should just know. Usually don't leave reviews especially bad ones but I just went through there again and was the only car. Ordered a dinosaur egg rebel. And I don't know what they gave me but it wasn't that.

I really like the vibe at this location—the music and decorations are always on point and make for a fun atmosphere. However, I’ve stopped by the past couple of days to pick up mobile orders, and the wait inside has been pretty frustrating. Even when it’s not busy (like today—only 2-3 cars in the drive-thru and no one else inside), it’s taken a long time to get anyone’s attention. Today I waited about 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me, and then another 5 minutes or so to actually get my drink. I totally get that drive-thru can be a priority, but it would be great if mobile pickup customers inside didn’t get overlooked. Hoping it improves soon, because I really do enjoy coming here otherwise!
