Music typically gets really loud and makes it hard to hear who you're talking to inside, depending on shifts or who is playing the music. The service at the "curbside" in the cafe is spotty. Typically, you have to stand at the counter for 10 minutes for someone to notice you and come out. The Cafe is decently clean, there is no bathroom but there is a chevron or a rite aid across the street on either corner *rite aids bathroom is always out of order like the ice cream machine at mcds* Staff is always friendly and will never fail to guide you to a drink you'll like if you haven't ordered before. Very Porfessional Broistas for sure 👍

Was having a horrible morning on Xmas Eve!! Kaylee let me vent to her about the crazy woman that cut me off to be in the front of the line for GC!! Kaylee and staff were so comforting with my Iced Coffee and warm smiles!! 5 + ✨

I went to purchase two drinks with a gift card and my total was $6 afterwards. I gave my credit card and they ran it through their POS system and proceeded to tell me it did not go through. I showed them my bank account showing it did go though and its "pending" which shows that the system did in fact capture my information. The lady at the front told me that its not pending and that it will decline, she said she was 100% sure of that. FYI, if a charge is declined it would say DECLINED. I gave them my debit card and told them that I will just dispute this charge with my bank. It went through right after and I did dispute the charge. The lady just assumed and just wanted to double charge me. Just because YOUR system is bugging out does not mean it declined. Especially when the charge I showed DID NOT say declined.

I normally have a great time getting coffee at this location. Today I watched for 10 minutes as the line in front of me diverged and took priority. No one let me in, no zipper, and employees standing out there trying to figure out what to do. I get it's a confusing parking lot, but I've never been so blatantly ignored. Will not be returning to this location

The baristas as always were nice and I ordered two drinks however when I initially thought I payed i was told my total was $12.46 and was not asked if I would like to leave a tip. When I got to the window the barista told me I still needed to pay. That was not a problem I understand that sometimes technology sucks. When I was the total a second time I was told it was $14.46 leading me to believe the barista added a tip without asking me. My drink also ended up being wrong which was equally as disappointing as my experience here.
Great stuff, and some of the best drinks in town! They have a great system that gets you through the drive through quickly as well.
Kid-friendliness: The staff always has nice things to say to my kids in the car that involves them in our conversations.

This has got to be the slowest Dutch in Idaho (and we go to several)! We've been in drive thru for over 15 minutes and no where near getting our drinks. That's what I get for not going to my usual dutch location ? so don't come here if you are trying to get somewhere else on time. Very disappointing

i have called and complained multiple times about the drinks getting messed up and they just give me and my wife a crappy attitude after we tell them they didn’t get the order right we are absolutely tired and never going back to this shitty company
