Coffee is good , definitely hipster. This family started coffee shop in Missouri they know and research coffee and the owners seem dedicated to the coffee and coffee experience. Nice people good smart people. Wish they were still here. Interested in trying the coffee and seems like nice place to work
What a pleasant surprise. I went in on a Wednesday and Pine has an inviting atmosphere. I tried an Americano which I enjoy because I love tasting the beans and I can say if all the Americanos I've had in Boise at appx 15 different coffee shops, the beans at Pine were incredibly tasty and the best I've had in Boise/Meridian. If you love coffee, you will love this place. I think it's one of the best in Boise. The baristas are very friendly and helpful and guide you to an amazing drink. They have some amazing coffees available which can be done by pour over, and 2 espresso blends available.
