Cute coffee shop with limited menu of quality drinks and food. One of the best matches I've had.

If you love coffee, you will love this place. I think it's one of the best in Boise. The baristas are very friendly and helpful and guide you to an amazing drink. They have some amazing coffees available which can be done by pour over, and 2 espresso blends available. I have never been disappointed with the coffee here, I appreciate both the pour overs and the espresso. The shop is very clean, cute and hip with lots of windows and light. I saw other reviews that talked about price but it's on par with other shops in the area.

Coffee is good , definitely hipster. This family started coffee shop in Missouri they know and research coffee and the owners seem dedicated to the coffee and coffee experience. Nice people good smart people. Wish they were still here. Interested in trying the coffee and seems like nice place to work

What a pleasant surprise. I went in on a Wednesday and Pine has an inviting atmosphere. I tried an Americano which I enjoy because I love tasting the beans and I can say if all the Americanos I've had in Boise at appx 15 different coffee shops, the beans at Pine were incredibly tasty and the best I've had in Boise/Meridian. They make Liege Waffles that are very tasty. VERY nice staff, parking wasn't difficult and they have a creative coffee/hot chocolate drink menu that I am looking forward to trying. In all -- if 10 is considered the best score - I'm giving them a 50. ?????

Pine is wonderful. Everyone should go. The seasonal drinks are so fun and the staff is nice as can be. A+ espresso too.My only complaint is it’s so popular it’s hard to find a place to sit on the weekends! :)

Pinedale, WY is one of my favorite places in the world. I was born and grew up in and still live in Boise, Idaho. Guess how lucky I am? 2x lucky! Thanks for the delicious brews everything I visit.

Well, I finally got to visit Pine for the first time! Love the location and shop is cute but.... I just cant get my head around an $8 (6.73 plus 1.00 tip)small chia latte! Was this the best chia latte I'd ever had? NO, wasn't bad by any means but not more then average. I know things are more expensive now a days but currently Pine has the highest price coffee I've come across in Boise. Would love to say I will be back but not sure..... Good luck Pine

I really liked it here. We got a couple of coffees, a latte, and another that I can’t remember what it was called, but it was very flavorful, with an orange accent. The portions were small, but it felt just right. The flavors were unlike what I’ve tasted at other coffee shops, so was great for a unique experience.
