Dutch Bros Reviews
I actually love Dutch bros coffee because it is usually consistent and I love the personalities. I am visiting from out of town and visited this location for the first time. I stood at the walk up window for at least 8 minutes before I received any acknowledgment. Waited another...read full review
My two year old tripped right outside their walk in area and when I asked if they could remake the drink she spilled they said no. Pretty crappy experience. I like this location but I didn’t think that was fair..
Went to the Milwaukee location across from Home Depot yesterday. Ordered 3 drinks. It took about 40 minutes from the time we got there till the time we got our drinks. By the time we got to the window it took 5 minutes to get acknowledged. There was only one gal making drinks. The gal working our window was on her phone, taking pictures of her coffee and herself. The Dutch Bros Coffee on State St. is known for its friendly staff who attentively prepare drinks to customers' preferences, including extra ice. They offer kid-friendly drinks, making it a pleasant experience for families. The team is also noted for making birthdays special. However, long lines and slow service can be a drawback.
The cafe is decently clean, although there is no bathroom on-site. Customers can use the restroom at the nearby Chevron or Rite Aid, though the Rite Aid bathroom is often out of order. The music volume can be loud at times, making it difficult to hear conversations. The curbside service in the cafe can be inconsistent, with customers sometimes having to wait at the counter for several minutes before being assisted.
Despite these minor issues, the staff is consistently professional and helpful. They are skilled baristas who can guide customers to a drink they'll enjoy, even if it's their first time visiting. Overall, the Dutch Bros Coffee on State St. provides a pleasant experience, with friendly service and a family-friendly atmosphere.
