I love this location (State St.). Staff is always nice! I always grab water with extra extra ice and they understand! It's amazing when you go to other locations and they don't listen to you. The State location is always on point and I appreciate it.

I've enjoyed my drinks from here, and baristas are always friendly, but the line is always SO LONG and it takes forever to get to the window. I wish they'd always have people taking car orders outside to help speed things up, but they usually don't. I generally avoid this location if I can help it.

We avoid this Dutch at all costs, which is a shame because we live downtown.I do not for the life of me understand why it is so hard for these baristas to make a drink correctly.We have gone here multiple times.. and I am not exaggerating when I say, WITHOUT FAIL, everytime, they have screwed up our drinks.Which is a wild concept because they repeat it back to us in the drive and at the window… but when you get it it’s completely wrong.Tonight we tried once more since we were running late and didn’t have time to go to the one on Broadway (MUCH BETTER there btw)Well.. they made my drink with regular coffee instead of white coffee. And my friend’s drink was completely off and had a different flavoring than what’s usually in her drink.Had to go back through because I’m not paying $5-6 for a drink that’s not what I ordered. It’s incredibly frustrating that this Dutch doesn’t do anything correctly. But hey, at least they’re consistent right? ?

The service at the Wildwood location is superb. The staff there have become family. We have been going to DB since they were only in Oregon. When they came Boise we were excited.
