The woman with the silver hair at the register was a complete treasure and has nothing to do with the negative review, it was the two younger girls working that ruined the environment. The dark haired one just had an attitude, BOTH of them however in handing out customers food set the sandwiches/bagged hot food items RIGHT in spilled coffee when handing them off... takes 2 seconds to wipe up that mess.. and they were not busy. Good Starbucks, Google told me this one has a drive thru which it doesn't. Not a big deal, mobile ordered and my drink was ready super fast. Store was a little dirty, some visible trash, but it seemed like there were plenty of people working and service was efficient. I would return.
