Everyone here is amazing. I go to Dutch for the ton of sugar free options (Starbucks has just sugar free vanilla and it's 2025!) but I keep coming because the staff are fabulous. Everyone from the manager Kilee, to Ruth and Izzy and Chloe are just lovely people. (I'm not gonna name everyone but still, I've gotten to know them). I genuinely love Dutch Bros but I’m so disappointed in the customer service when ordering. I don’t expect much from the employees, truly. But I have gone through the line two times crying.
