Me and my gf are visiting here for the first time and we decided to come here and we’re so beyond glad we did! Nikki was our server and did a fantastic job Job she was super nice and super quick with drinks and food! we couldn’t have asked for better service! Food was a 100/10 and the restaurant itself is super clean and fabulous!

Wonderful food and Angela was a great waitress. She was happy to answer questions and offer suggestions. We had several burgers, all of which were soso yummy, add the egg it’s worth it. The Poke Stack is a fav every time and the truffle cheese fries were amazing.

Eureka! never lets me down. The vibes are sophisticated modern with a dash of western flare. All the apps and cocktails are great! And the servers are always so friendly. My fiancee and I came here after getting engaged several years ago, so eureka will always be special to us. During our most recent visit, we were served by Juliana, who was attentive and friendly. We look forward to coming back for years to come 😊

This was my first dining experience at Eureka. My food was very good. Our server was pleasant & okay attentive during the meal. The menu pricing was more than I like to pay for lunch, but probably falls in line with competitor eating venues in downtown Boise. I will probably go back for another visit.
Amazing food, amazing people, amazing service and an amazing experience. I had a very large party there and I adjusted the reservation many times due to changes and the staff including Nikki over the phone were always soo accommodating and so happy to help me. The party turned out amazing and the staff helped make that possible. They were so on top of orders and taking care of us. Thank you for such a good time!

My group and I were from out of town and looking forward to eating at this place. Multiple of us got burgers and did not feel they were anything special especially for the price. The ranch and fry sauce were disappointing. My bun was cold which made my whole burger taste cold. It was so dark | wanted to eat with a flash light as a 19 year old so I can't imagine what it would be like for an older person haha. It is a cute spot and has a lot of potential but fell through.

BEST BURGER OF MY LIFE. That's all that matters. Order the Wagyu Bone Marrow Burger medium rare. Jay and I were supposed to split it, and I could not. I ate 3/4 of the burger; heck, he's here another couple of weeks and I'm going home, so he can come back. 😜

Yes, the burgers are excellent — juicy, unapologetic, built with confidence — but what really stands out is how dialed-in everything feels. Nothing is random. The flavors make sense together, like someone actually tested them instead of just stacking trends. The whiskey and craft beer selection could keep you occupied for weeks, and the staff actually knows how to talk about it without sounding like a brochure.
The atmosphere hums in that low, comforting way: dark wood, warm lighting, conversations that stretch longer than planned. It’s lively without being chaotic, cool without being cold. Service is relaxed but sharp — present when you need it, invisible when you don’t.
Eureka! isn’t a special-occasion restaurant. It’s better than that. It’s the kind of place you return to because it reliably makes an ordinary evening feel intentional.
