Matador in downtown Boise is always a fun spot. The atmosphere is cool and lively, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they have some really solid happy hour deals.
The margaritas and guacamole are both great and make an easy start to the meal. But the real winner for me is the Haba Prawn dish. Seriously—that dish slaps. Rich, spicy, flavorful, and one of those things you immediately want to order again.
