Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Came in to get a hot fudge sundae ordered on the app for me and my kids and they rudely told me to go through the drive-thru I came in side and was ignored asked why I had to come inside for my order and they rudely assumed that I was a doordash delivery. Absolutely worst experience I've had dining in the last 20 years. And by the way I'm not a Karen and I'm always nice to people at food service as I used to work food service as well

First time at Freddy's. The food was good. They got our order wrong.

Today I went to take my order as delivery, there was an older lady with curly hair and she was very rude to me, telling me that she didn't want me near her to wait outside the place for my order to be ready. I'm sorry that they have racist people in that place since I notice that I am proudly Latin, be careful and I hope the people in charge of the place see this comment. By the way, the food is good.

Not bad for fast casual. The burger comes inside a warming pouch so it stays warm and moist. The center of the burger is juicy and tender but they do press it firm towards the outside giving it crispy edges which I don't personally like but maybe other people do. I think if I were to eat it again, I could cut those off. They mention they aren't frozen and perhaps that's true.The bun wasn't too dry which was nice. Not a fan of the shoestring fries because they're hard to handle because of how skinny they are and my fingers aren't that fat/thick lol. The jalapeno fry sauce is good though and I don't really like fry sauce. The drive through person forgot my dessert and I should have checked before leaving, so can't comment on that part. Overall, I would probably go back if in need of a burger fix.

Really Good fries and good steak burgers, but the burgers are a little dry, So get some sauce with them.
I like to get extra seasoning on the fries and get a side of cheese sauce.
The frozen custard is good too!

Forgot to give our shake thru the drive thru, we had to go back in and grab it. They didn’t offer or give any sauces like fry sauce.

Ordered hamburgers and chicken sandwich. Meat was very salty and over cooked. Meat was barely on the bun. Very bad presentation. Fries were salty and cold. Very unhappy.

This is a staple for our area. They are known for their excellent steak fingers and frozen custard. It was a hot day so I thought I would try their frozen custard even though I’m. It a custard person and I must say I was pleasantly impressed with their frozen custard. Recently I went to try their finger streaks and again they were very tender which I was not expecting so very good Freddy’s. 👍🏽😛

I wanted to take the kids out for ice cream & we decided to try Freddy’s for the first time. Two of my kids ordered the Oreo peppermint shakes. One of them didn’t have peppermint sprinkles on top, so I kindly asked the girl who handed them to us, if we could get sprinkles on the one without them. She rolled her eyes, grabbed it out of my hand & rudely said, “I mean, yeah”. When she came back, I said, “sorry for the trouble”. She said nothing & slammed the window before I could finish my sentence. Didn’t feel good being treated so poorly. Not a good experience.

Update: the manager, Sarah reached out to me personally & went out of her way to make things right. I was very impressed with the way she handled the situation. We will be back to give them another chance.

We love Freddy's but I wasn't happy with my Turtle Sunday. There was no topping on top of the Sunday only the little they put in the cup before adding the custard. Disappointing since the Sunday was the main reason I chose Freddy's today.

Ok so this was my very first time trying this place. At first when I walked in I thought oh this place is cute. I walked up to the counter to take my order but the kitchen was empty. Not 1 single employee in the kitchen...so we waited and waited and waited....was about to walk out cause we waited a solid 5 minutes or longer..so I walked to the other side of the front counter where you can see into the back of the kitchen and this guy was literally just standing there scrolling on his phone...I said hey can we order some food we've been waiting quite a while...the guy walks up to the counter and doesn't even apologize for the long wait...literally just says what can I get you. Then all of a sudden there's 5 people in the kitchen when there was 0 like they were all out on a smoke break or something at the same time. Get my food, I ordered the chicken club sandwich....it was missing the bacon...had to go back up to the counter to ask for my bacon. Not a good experience. Kitchen staff should probably lay off the weed when there at work
