Came in with my fiancée. Immediately got greeted before ordering by the girl at the register. When getting drinks Chris came up and congratulated my fiancée for her pregnancy. Food was amazing and restaurant was spotless including the bathrooms. Before leaving Chris came up again and very respectfully congratulated myself on the pregnancy as well. Really enjoyed my visit to Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers! The steakburgers were juicy and flavorful, and the frozen custard was the perfect sweet treat. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience enjoyable. The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, ideal for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wasn’t a fan of the fries — they were too small and skinny for my liking. Other than that,...

Not bad for fast casual. The burger comes inside a warming pouch so it stays warm and moist. The center of the burger is juicy and tender but they do press it firm towards the outside giving it crispy edges which I don't personally like but maybe other people do. I think if I were to eat it again, I could cut those off. They mention they aren't frozen and perhaps that's true.The bun wasn't too dry which was nice.
