Make worker very rude. There was another 15 minutes until closing and he said they were closed and when I said at 5 I thought he’s like oh okay very rudely and didn’t even take my order

considering the girl who took my order is someone from one of my classes, kind of thought they'd be friendlier here

Pretty good for a fast eat on campus. I'm a little disappointed that it seems like so many of their options could be vegan but aren't because of some random egg or milk addition - it seems like most things could be modified to be vegan the server seemed uninformed about ingredients so I didn't try. And who the heck puts milk in Thai green curry sauce (Bamboo bowl)???

I love Freshii. As someone who follows a plant based diet, this place is bomb. My favorites are the Spicy Lemongrass Soup, Kao San Burrito, the Mediterranean Bowl, and the Bamboo Bowl (can you say green curry? ❤️). I get the lemongrass soup most often, though... it's warm, light, and satisfying...and it's only $6 for an entire quart of soup! The energii bites and the fresh juices are also fantastic. If I don't have time to prepare my own vegan meals for the day, I know Freshii has my back.

The food is good. I find it's a little over priced but it's nice to mix it up every once in a while.

I've been to the new Freshii at Boise State twice since it opened. The first time, a few days after their initial opening, I was pretty unimpressed. The menu displays weren't working so customers got to pass around a few paper menus. I chose the Tex-Mex burrito with chicken, which cost me nearly $10. Here's the thing about Freshii - the burritos have a base price, and then you pay extra for any sort of protein filling, be it chicken, falafel, tofu, et cetera. Around 10 minutes later, I received my burrito and found myself entering a land of fresh disappointment. The chicken was cold and mushy, the tortilla cold and tough, and the whole thing generally lacked in flavor. On top of this, it was small, consisting mostly of scrunched up tortilla. For the same price, I could get something similar from Chipotle (I'm not a huge Chipotle fan but it's the closest local analog I can think of) WITH added guacamole and it would be about three times as large, usually lasting me two meals. I chalked this up as a possible opening week glitch and decided to try it again a couple of weeks later. Here I sit, exactly two weeks later, contemplating another cold, small, depressing burrito. I opted for the baja burrito with chicken, totaling an astounding $8.99. Again, the burrito is cold. The chicken is cold. There's some sort of sauce on it that only adds a flaccid moisture, not any flavor. I am a sad panda. The burrito is a bit bigger this time, maybe half the size of a Chipotle burrito, but that seems to make it feel even more depressing. This location used to be a Subway and, while I like Subway even less than Chipotle, I find myself wishing it was back; at least the hot food was hot.
