I love Freshii. As someone who follows a plant based diet, this place is bomb. My favorites are the Spicy Lemongrass Soup, Kao San Burrito, the Mediterranean Bowl, and the Bamboo Bowl (can you say green curry? â¤ï¸). I get the lemongrass soup most often, though... it's warm, light, and satisfying...and it's only $6 for an entire quart of soup! The energii bites and the fresh juices are also fantastic. Pretty good for a fast eat on campus. I'm a little disappointed that it seems like so many of their options could be vegan but aren't because of some random egg or milk addition - it seems like most things could be modified to be vegan the server seemed uninformed about ingredients so I didn't try. And who the heck puts milk in Thai green curry sauce (Bamboo bowl)???
