Gaston's Bakery Reviews
Too expensive and sourdough isn’t sour. Been trying all the local bakeries and so far zeppole is the best for sourdough.
My croissant from Gaston’s was ok but Costco is better.
We love Gaston's. Highly recommend! We will be back again!

Gaston's Bakery offers a variety of freshly baked goods, including croissants, almond croissants, Gruyere and thyme twists, cranberry scones, raisin swirls, and different types of bread such as multi-grain and coriander-rye. The pastries are praised for their quality, with the Kouign-Amann and Gruyere-ham croissant being particularly delicious. The cinnamon roll could be slightly more moist. Prices are reasonable, and the bakery has plenty of parking. The store is cozy, with large windows allowing customers to watch the staff prepare the pastries and bread. The bakery is worth the visit, and it is recommended to try the coriander-rye bread. The sourdough bread is perfection, and the croissants and scones are amazing. The olive bread is also great. Gaston's Bakery has savory pastries, which is really great for those who don't have a sweet tooth. The staff is lovely and it is totally worth a visit. The croissants are extra flakey, light and airy. The olive bread is a star, with olives scattered throughout and a dense texture. The owner, Mathiew Choux, was the pastry chef at Le Café de Paris.
