We were a party of 10. I submitted an online request for a reservation. It was a week later and I still hadn't heard anything back. I called them and was advised they could get us on the schedule no problem. We did not have any food, so I cannot speak to that, but the atmosphere was very awesome!! The decor was very cool. The lights were dim so it felt like you were actually in a speakeasy. The waitresses were in flappergirl attire. The presentation of the drinks was just amazing!! I don't want to spoil the fun, but it's definitely worth checking out!! There is no outside seating for the elderly so you might have to wait awhile to get in. They will not seat you early unless most of your party is there. The music was very loud so we had to yell just to hear each other. If you are a larger person the seating is not as comfortable. We had to squish 4 of us on a couch and we had one butt cheek on the couch each with the other one up in the air lol My advise is to not go with such a large group. I'm looking forward to going back!!

Our group waited on the alley while they made sure none of us would steal from the library. We were admitted to the library where our library cards were checked (ID’s are absolutely required for entry). Once we made it through the secret door, it was a very comfortable and cozy space for our group to sit around and easily talk with each other while consuming a wide variety of special drink drinks Staff were friendly and amazing Well none of us tried the $550 shot of aged whiskey. We were happy with the more reasonably priced cocktails.

I went with my friends here and it was very fun! I love how different all the drinks are served and taste. The waitress was busy and kind of didn't care to be our server hardly saw her. She even had the bartender bring us our drinks she only came around twice. Me and my husband got 3 drinks and it was $60, more of a rare occasion place so beware of the prices.

This place doesn’t want your business even if you try and adhere to their vague dress code listed on their website. Make sure you have a "back" to your sandal. If you wear a nice designer sandal that doesn’t have a “back” it won’t be up to whatever weird standard they have. They didn't let our group in because my mom was wearing sandals that weren't up to par… although the sandals were far from flip flops. They were designer sandals. Very strange rule to have and turn people away for. Bummer because she was visiting from out of town and we wanted to check this place out. The interesting thing was my fiancé was not called out for not having a back to her sandal… only my mom ? won’t be trying to go back and will not recommend to others.
Piper is 10/10 amazing! She kept the vibes going and was a fantastic server! All around, staff was also so great, they all wanted to make sure everyone had the best experience!

Bummer that I am writing this, but will never go back here. Had been once before and decided to take some out of town guests. We made a last minute reservation. Waited outside in the hot alley for 20 minutes. Hostess looked us up and down and then took another group in. We waited and approached the door again, provided the reservation and then was told that we didn’t meet dress code. One of our out of town guests was wearing brown leather flip flops with no back, not to mention a long dress that covered them. Totally understand the dress code and the decision. However, I asked if I was going to be charged a cancelation fee and she said “no”.
I was charged $100 cancellation fee. I emailed asking for a discussion about the charge. I also called and left a message asking for a call back to discuss. I never received an email response or call back. I was extremely tempted to report it as fraud to my credit card…but ultimately I learned a very hard lesson about this establishment.
I took my business around the corner to a different establishment and had a much better experience all around. Would avoid this place based on our customer service experience.
