I'm very happy the Genki food truck exists! I have fun finding them staged around Boise and grabbing some delicious takoyaki. It's rather difficult, if not almost impossible, to find delicious, authentic Japanese cuisine in the Treasure Valley. This small food cart is an Idaho gem.
