When I walked up there were no employees. I rang the bell on the till and still no one came. I waited for a couple minutes and heard someone in the Back but still no one came. This was my first time at this location. I ate somewhere else and never once did I see an employee come up.
They are so incredibly slow at this location. Employees can't seem to do more than one thing at a time. Literally took more than 30 min from the time we stood in line to the time to get our food and there were only two people ahead of us. If my 9 year old hadn't wanted a burger so bad we would have left. This is the epitome of horrible service.

Unfortunately, it was listed as open for business. My son really wanted to go. We trekked all the way through the mall, and it was closed down. Unsure if remodeling or closed permanently. Very disappointing.
