First time trying and the food we ordered was amazing, the service was not. It is to bad that good help is hard to find.

We were really excited to try this sandwich shop after reading so many great reviews, but unfortunately, we were a bit let down. Overall, everything was just okay. When we asked if the Reuben was a hot sandwich, we expected it to be grilled or served warm—not simply on toasted bread. Additionally, the Reuben included pickles, which traditionally aren’t part of the sandwich and gave it an off flavor. On the positive side, the French fries were delicious, and the chicken tenders were quite good. Still, a classic sandwich like the Reuben should be prepared true to its style or, at the very least, clearly described on the menu with its exact ingredients.

Picked up for dinner driving to Provo. Fantastic sandwiches, had the grinder and the club. Problem was that we ordered half sandwiches and it wasn’t enough! Needed a full size. Great service, not a super awesome service but the place is just ok. Perfect for pickup. Would go back in a heartbeat for more

Got sandwiches for a lunch work 10/17 and everybody was so extremely satisfied. The fries are the best anyware. We go regularly and are never disappointed.

I went in on Friday/oct/10 around 4:30. l often have good experiences here but today was way off, i ordered a simple roast beef on sourdough, meatball sub, and a French dip. The ingredients on the sandwiches were amazing but they were put together so lazily. They forget cheese on the roast beef after a very specific conversation about it. The meet ball were barely warm. The blond gal seemed to understand what was going on but the brunette gal seemed like it was her fist day but it obviously wasn’t. She kept staring at me like she was confused and then asked me what I wanted on my sandwich like 3-4 times per sandwich. She seemed super baked. Idk what was going on I’m not sure she rang me up right and obviously did not care about my food. Usually amazing but I was very disappointed today

I tired this place once a few years ago and it was just ok, gave it a second try today and unfortunately my first impression was correct..the sandwich was very mushy and had zero flavor. Plus it took so long for our sandwich to come out but everyone that was behind us in line got their sandwiches first. Overall not impressed and won't be returning

First time at Hugo’s yesterday. The staff were very helpful and the sandwiches were delicious. I look forward to trying some of the other menu items in the future.

Today was my first visit to Hugo's Deli. I came here to buy a specific sandwich for a friend who has been unable to get out and about for several months, and has been craving a Santana from Hugo's. She enjoyed her sandwich so much, that I will definitely be treating her more often, and now I am very eager to try their delicious food as well! 😋

Usually go to the Hugo’s on Linder but was near this one so thought we’d stop. Was hoping for the same friendly atmosphere and delicious food but was disappointed. They use thin wheat bread which really affects the sandwich because the wheat bread on Linder is thick and delicious. The staff doesn’t seem to want to be there, at least today. Jojos were greasy and not at all crispy like they should be. Will only go to the Linder Hugo’s from now on!

First time trying this place. I had limited time during my lunch hour so I stopped in on my way back to the office to grab something to go. I got the full size club (turkey ham and bacon) on sourdough bread with pepper jack cheese. Heard i had to try their fries so I got some of those too. The staff was super super kind and helpful. Very fast service as well. In total for the sandwich and fries with a side of ranch, under $15. Not bad at all for the amazing quality and portions! I definitely will be back. My only complaint... the ranch was trash.. in my humble opinion 🤣
