Great bar, great people, my only complaint would be how busy it is. But that's definitely not bad for business. Price is right location is great.
Hooligans is one of those places where you can show up for a quick bite or a drink and end up hanging out way longer than you planned! Great food, cold drinks, and a fun, laid-back atmosphere. The staff are friendly, the service is solid, and there's always a good mix of people. Just a genuinely fun neighborhood spot that doesn't try too hard to be anything other than a great place to hang out. Definitely worth stopping in!
