I like that the survey website is "Jacklistens" when that is the exact problem of the staff; not listening. When asking for something at the box and the window, along with it being on the receipt that is handed back, it should be expected that those items are in the bag. Do better!
I was in the drive thru for better than 20 minutes. The person that took and delivered my order was nice. However, the last three times I have been there the food was not remotely up to standard.
