I ordered through the drive-thru at about 3:05 am today and sat there until almost 3:35-3:30- being the only ones there- before paying and getting our food. The food was cold, the tacos were overdone and so cold they got soggy. The Jumbo Jack shouldn't have had cheese, yet it did. I want a redund.
When at the window we were greeted by Gabriel. He was working his second night with only one other person in the shop and despite that he was extremely kind and worked with us to make sure that everything in our order was correct (which it was!! Props to him cause it was a confusing order!!!) Absolutely great customer service, wishing that guy nothing but the best and will come again!!
Friendliest jack in the box staff buttery Swiss Jack was awesome another one right after I ate it.
Parking: Brought my 31 ft motorhome in there. Had no problem finding a place to park in entering and exiting was good.
