I ordered a GRILLED samdwich, but discovered upon returning to my office that it isn't. I called and was told that the machine that toasts the bread has been broken and waiting for it to be fixed.... and I asked why they would even sell something they couldn't even make?? No answer, and not even a gesture to refund, but eventually said they would remake it next time I come in. Not helpful since I will not return, and I am just a few doors down feom them. I have let these things go with this store for a long time, but this one was above and beyond stupid. Last time I was there I ordered the same thing and got cold fries and a sandwich that was a leftover and cold as well. I couldn't turn around to get it right since I got stuck in the drive thru for over 30 mins while the girl at the window had a long conversation with a girl in the car at the window, couldn't back up due to other cars behind, and the kicker is that they turned off the car while they spoke about nonsense and what they did that weekend!! Worst I have ever seen!

My wife and I went to the drive thru and sat at the menu for like 3 minutes without any response, and she asked me if they were actually open 24 hours, at which point someone jumped on the speaker and said “well I guess you might as well go somewhere else.” So we tried to. Only to pull around and have there be another car receiving an order we had to wait for before leaving. This was at 1:00 Am on the morning of January 12. End that employee.

This is one of the worst locations for the Jack in the Box company. The staff consistently gets orders wrong, they never add the requested sauces, and now, when complaints are made, the "new" owner will email you and placate you and offer to make the situation right, all in the hopes that you forget the issue and just let it go with nothing actually being done. Do yourselves a favor, even if you live next door to this location, just take the time to drive past it and go to a different store. I know we will never spend money at this location again.

Food was really cold. I ordered from doordash and they made my dasher wait at the window for over 40 minutes. I only ordered 4 items and I work in fast food so I know it was done an hour ago. Completely unacceptable. I get it's Christmas Eve but if my dasher is at the window and I only had 4 items it SHOULD NOT have taken an hour.
The whole night crew rocks at the store. Dee,Trevor and the cooks They actually are very, very kind, generous and willing to help you in all means with anything you need. Will definitely definitely return. Oh and one thing they do is they do not kick you out if you're inside eating when they close. Very very clean. Clean restaurant!!

Great for a fast food place. Trevor Who works graveyard shift is a great worker and is very nice and informative!
If you're coming in at the late hours don't even bother. I pulled up and was asked if I was doordash I told him no the guy said give me a minute and left me be there for a good 15 minutes. I wound up leaving after two other cars lined up behind me and we started chatting. the guy at the very back said that one of the guys there left on break. The guy behind me said that he was for Uber eats and that he got a shake for somebody once and was half filled and not even a shake just liquid.

I’ve lost so much money to the laziness of this location. The new workers have been much less rude/mean but my orders are always missing items and incorrect. I usually swing by on my way to work so I’m unable to turn around and drive back and often forget that I Have to check the bag before driving off. Never coming back at this point to be honest, there’s other easy food joints nearby.
