Stopped by after work to grab a quick bite and although they do not sell the chicken and tatter melt anymore, a favorite of not only mine but many others I’ve turned into this item but thankfully the staff made a exception and made sure I was able to enjoy the sandwich I love so very much and provided me the item I requested although it is no longer on the menu and went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to order what I specifically come to this establishment to enjoy! Thank you jack in the box for elevating your service!

My experience was not good at the orchard store I am always missing something from my order and they never answer the phone and on November 2nd I went in the morning and the drive thru lady ripped my card out of my hand and did not give me my whole order and never answered the phone

The Jumbo Jack was flattened out and it was disgusting the onion rings were cooked in old oil. I got tomatoes 🍅 that were cut on the ends. I will be standing out front letting people know not to eat there after 2 bites I am sick to my stomach. The owner or CEO of that Jack n the Box. Needs to investigate this location. The other Jack n the Box I have been to in Boise are awesome. P.S. the soda machine only had diet sodas. Sincerely Donald Hunter I was so discussed I Left it on the counter. I like their food. So it is good in the sense it's like all the other JitB's (I pronounce this Jib-its) and I don't know anything about the inside as I didn't go in.
This location used to be amazing. Be prepared to wait for almost 30 minutes for the incorrect order. They make you pull around the front now too.

I come to jack in box almost daily for lunch at least 3/4 times a week lately hasn't been the same they didn't give my onion rings I got back to work when I noticed .. started eating inside this week noticed being over charged said something gave me a free cake lol when got back to table opened a cheese burger WITHOUT A PATTY didn't know they served vegetarian burgers! Charged for a large coffee reviewed a small ... So they remade it as a large..can't imagine how much they give away or remake do to their mistakes
