Jersey Mike's Subs

Absolutely awful!! And the manager on duty today was awful as well. Placed an order online and pick up time was 15 mins. After waiting 15 mins I went and picked up the order. Proceeded to wait another 10 mins. Not only did they not give me the food once it was made. My sandwich tops were completely switched and on the wrong sandwich. The manager was absolutely no help and shouldn’t even be a manager. Will never go back to this location ever again

Definitely my favorite Jersey Mike’s Boise. The staff is always so happy and helpful and they make the best sandwiches. These wonderful humans know how to run a sandwhich shop!!

The best Jm in Boise! My cheesesteak was hot and fresh. A team member recommended the Jawn way. It’s an off menu way of topping the sandwich. Definitely recommend this shop and its employees!!

First time trying out Jersey Mikes Subs. Decision to execute on this thought and hunger was well executed. Customer service was on point as the gentleman explained what was recommended for first time. I opted for #56 , THE BIG KAHUNA. Grilled Philly with tomato , onion , bell peppers , American cheese and chipotle sauce added . Fresh, made per order and the cheese was oozing off the sub. It was a great tasting sub! Made it a combo as I needed chips and lemonade to top of the meal. I highly suggest you come try Jersey Mikes Subs if you haven’t tried it already. Will be coming back to try other delicious combinations.

Ordered regular 17 and regular 8. The 8 was fine but I’ve never seen a slicer cleaned ever here in Idaho . This is my 3 comment on the dirty slicers. At two different locations. But onto the 17 , I watched carefully how the crew member worked the grill. He had one hot sub on the grill maybe a 17 chicken . He was slow ! And did not start my sub till he had completely finished the first one. Then seemed to let the beef Philly cook a little to long and the favor was off like it was over cooked or the grill was dirty and bunt that how it tasted. This was the worst Philly I’ve ever had. Service was slow and only two people in line before our order. Ice maker broken and no napkins in holder with four employees on the line. I just want step behind the counter and give the crew a little couching on service and food prep. As a former franchisee who owned and operated the fourth store to open in California. I just hope the standards that Jersey Mike’s taught my wife and I have not been lost over the years. Peter Cancro used to encourage the show and banter between employees and customers. I have not had that experience in the local stores in treasure valley. Please use this comment for improvement.

I am a door dasher, if you are ordering online, be prepared to wait, watched 6 customers go thru and get their food before they online orders.

A favorite sandwich shop that has the best subs in Idaho. This location is always clean, offers great service and fresh ingredients. Jay helped us today and not only makes a great #7 but was friendly and that sets this place apart!
