Ordered regular 17 and regular 8. The 8 was fine but I’ve never seen a slicer cleaned ever here in Idaho . This is my 3 comment on the dirty slicers. At two different locations. But onto the 17 , I watched carefully how the crew member worked the grill. He had one hot sub on the grill maybe a 17 chicken . He was slow ! And did not start my sub till he had completely finished the first one. Then seemed to let the beef Philly cook a little to long and the favor was off like it was over cooked or the grill was dirty and bunt that how it tasted. This was the worst Philly I’ve ever had. Service was slow and only two people in line before our order. Ice maker broken and no napkins in holder with four employees on the line. I just want step behind the counter and give the crew a little couching on service and food prep. As a former franchisee who owned and operated the fourth store to open in California. I just hope the standards that Jersey Mike’s taught my wife and I have not been lost over the years. Peter Cancro used to encourage the show and banter between employees and customers. I have not had that experience in the local stores in treasure valley. Please use this comment for improvement.

A favorite sandwich shop that has the best subs in Idaho. This location is always clean, offers great service and fresh ingredients. Jay helped us today and not only makes a great #7 but was friendly and that sets this place apart!
Honestly. I’ve had bad experience here. But tonight I went there. And had the BEST SERVICE EVER! There is a girl named gabby and Esther. They were absolutely amazing. The best customer service I could ask for. Thank you two girls for making this experience wonderful.Give the place a super thumbs up just because of those two girls.

I just paid $20 for a 6inch #6 and chips. I ordered a regular not a mini. So disappointed ☹️ it was good but won’t be going back too expensive for so little.

Honestly, service was horrible. The kid working the grill took 25 minutes to make 1 sandwhich for my order. For a giant, this is not enough meat!!! Very disappointing!!! I will not be returning to this location.

I want to like JM, I really do. But compared to the SW they are: slow, inconsistent product, low ingredient selection and expensive. Sorry Mike, that's the way it is. I can get through SW in half the time, with a sandwich that is more consistent and more veggie choices by a lot. And SW is cheaper. Maybe some of the slowness is this particular JM store. And the condiment selection is poor too. I asked for ranch dressing (which they have) but it's off to the side in a drawer full of other low use dressings. No telling how old it is since it's not clear that anyone requests dressings from that drawer. And I can get a meal with drink and chips at SW for the same price as just the sandwiches from JM. We only go to JM when we are out of other options, sadly.
The employee by the name of Nene works circles around the other employees, with a great attitude and a smile. On a very busy day she handle the stress extremely well and seem to do the majority of the work. Jersey Mike's could use more employees like her.
