Yes, I'm giving them 5 stars (State St. location) For a sandwich joint, they are legit. Staff is always friendly when I walk in. It's immediate when I walk in, the welcome greetings. The young man who took my order was fast and very kind. They have their system down! As soon I a done grabbing my beverage my sandwich was already ready for me. The dining tables are clean. The whole restaurant is a well oiled machine.

This Jimmy John’s location is one of the better in the Treasure Valley that I’ve visited. They have consistent quality and preparation of their sandwiches. They actually know how to wrap a wrap properly and tightly and they double wrap it in paper to help reduce mess while eating. In the rare instance where I’ve had an issue, they have resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
