KIN was fabulous as usual, but this particular menu was the best ever. The standout courses for me were steak tartare. This tartare was so much better than any I have ever had. The spicing and the textures of the added ingredients put it over the top. Even someone squeamish about eating raw beef would love it. The trout dish was wonderful. The dining experience at KIN is unique and special. This is our second time. We love that the menu changes every 5 weeks and reflects the season with a theme twist. Every course was beautifully plated complex, unique, and delicious on both of our visits.
The overall experience, from pre-dining cocktail to meal presentation and wine pairing, was truly wonderful. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive. Truly a dining destination.
