While the food was good, it was not the best or worth the high prices compared to many Mexican restaurants in the area. Our waiter was great though and attentive but the lady taking drinks was not. Ordered a draft beer from the drink menu that lists many kinds available. When ordered the beer, instead of saying only one kind available, on draft, she brought a bottle beer instead. We did not ask or want a bottle beer but she opened it and was being difficult about the issue....
Very delicious food, the shredded beef had a very good taste on a taco and enchilada!! But as a Mexican restaurant no breakfast and no caldos(soups) served on weekends!! Most of us mexican looking for a caldo, (menudo, pozole, birria) on weekends!! I haven't found no mexican restaurant full in Boise idaho yet!! And been here since August 22¡?
I’ve gone to this place for years. On every Friday we go for fast food Friday and have gotten the best Chile rellano and chicken chimichangas you can have. Unfortunately we relocated to Georgia and I cannot find any place as good as Latapetia. I miss the food and the friendly people who work there. Their food is the Best Mexican food we’ve ever had.
