Very disappointing, I was told 10-15 min which turned into 45min. When I got there the lobby was full and continued to fill with people wondering where their food was that they had been waiting over 30 minutes for. A lot of the food was just sitting in the warmer and customers had to go up and ask for their food. The cashier was nice but seemed to need help with simple tasks and she kept taking in n out her ear bud to talk to customers. Main complaint was the lady making pizzas, she wasn’t wearing gloves, kept putting her hands in her pockets, messing with her earrings, then started making pizzas.

Definitely wasn't a smith visit. Wanted a hot and ready. Said it will be 15 minutes. 5 minutes later someone came in and ordered 2 hot and ready. They gave him 2. I asked how he got his first and they said because mine were in the oven those were already in there... Um he ordered after me. Not ahead

My husband loves Little Ceasars pizza. It was a staple pizza that he grew up on. To my husband, they have never given him a bad pizza.
I ordered a fresh pizza today, not a hot and ready. Today's menu was a best cheese pizza with extra cheese. The gentleman that helped me today was really nice! He took my order and told me it'll be done in 10. I did run next door to grab myself lunch. After grabbing my lunch, the pizza was hot and ready to go.
They delivered on the extra cheese! I appreciate that they didn't hold back. It's annoying when you order extra cheese at other pizza joints and they don't deliver. Little Ceasars did good!
If you want a cheap but good pizza, Little Ceasars is your joint to hit up. You can't go wrong with thier breadsticks, pizza or the pizza puffs.

I ordered a Detroit style deep dish pizza over the phone and asked if you could make one a combo and one a 3 meat one. It took multiple attempts to get the person on the line to under stand what should be a very simple request. Once I arrived they attempted to overcharge me and after the very young man at the register was not able to full explain it a older man from the back came out and stated it was him who I talked to and that they "had" to charge more as it was a custom pizza. This was not communicated on the Phone at all. When I explained it was not a customer request as much as it was just two different styles of the current menu offering on the pizza he became augmentative and stated he would have to charge me more. No attempt to resolve the situation, totally lacking in any normal managerial problem solving just stating again and again that is what the computer rings up. I will never be back.

I ordered a Detroit style deep dish pizza over the phone and asked if you could make one a combo and one a 3 meat one. Got the deep dish pizza and the middle wasn't cooked at all. Listen to the other reviews ? Idk if it's the people making it or the oven but should really check on it. Disappointed that I wasted the little money I had ugh, especially while 9 months pregnant

Last two times I have ordered one of their deep dish pizzas. Each time they have been raw in the middle. We returned our pizza the first time this happened and they happily fixed the issue. Bummed to have this happen again. Didn’t bother taking it back this time and just threw it away.

I like little Caesars but I'm bummed its now 7 bucks a pizza. 5 was just right the food is still good and it does work if your trying to save some money two pizzas feed a family. One pizza feeds three people. I still like going here though the set up is pretty ghetto but what do you expect for 7 bucks.

I like little Caesars but I'm bummed its now 7 bucks a pizza. 5 was just right the food is still good and it does work if your trying to save some money two pizzas feed a family. One pizza feeds three people. I still like going here though the set up is pretty ghetto but what do you expect for 7 bucks.
