I custom ordered a pizza with no tomato sauce. The pizza came out to $.20 less than their menu item, so they up charged me the $.20 at checkout, effectively telling me one price and charging me another. Annoying and gimmicky, but only 20 cents. The kicker is... They still put the sauce on AND undercooked the pizza. I don't feel well enough to drive back, so I'm annoyed and stuck with a pizza no one will eat.
I called and the phone just rang. There doesn't seem to be a way to give feedback online, so here we are.

The manager guy is The Worst employee there. He's rude or picks the worst time to stock sauces or just standing around never hustling never in a hurry. No reason someone should be there for 45 minutes to pick up a pizza that takes less than 10 minutes to make start to finish. He needs to be demoted or changed to an early shift. Absolutely horrible employee

I called an order in ahead of time (Stuffed Pretzel Crust cheese pizza with marinara sauce and crazy crust) and was given an estimate time of 15 mins. I came from Eagle and went to the Ustick and Five mile location. Let’s start off by saying, I’m a long time customer for exactly that order and most the time is all I ever get. I show up and they were just pulling it out of the oven. I paid $10.60 and then they handed me the pizza. Definitely missing some things and was not a pretzel crust at all…. I asked for them to remake it as it’s not what I ordered and he began stating that it is what I ordered and nothing is wrong with it…. Umm I showed him the order and he says “Oooo you want a cheese pizza with marinara sauce instead with stuffed pretzel crust”. I stated yes. He took the pizza back and said “it would be another 15 mins”. He had it out in 5 mins. I shit you not the exact same pizza. So I took and left before losing my shit and went to the five mile and overland store and they assured me that the pizza does NOT match my order and offered to remake it for me and go over and above. I love that store and is the main store I go to normally. All in all. I would have though the store that screwed up the order TWICE would have either given me my money back or at least offered something in return, but all I got was attitude and the employees acting like I was a problem. Never going back to the ustick and 5 mile location! They really need an overhaul on their employees.

Just a candid review of this place. The lunch box combo availability is until 2pm. I understand that’s a corporate thing, however my personal feedback on that is that it’s not great. Most locations, including the Broadway location and Milwaukee location in Boise, the two closest to me both will make them after 2. The reason for limited availability appears to be based on a slight inconvenience to the worker to only make one deep dish when the trays are typically prepped for 2. Because deep dishes are still made and sold separately without the meal combo. So the limited availability is simply a transfer of inconvenience from the workers side to the customer.
The button to sell the combo is typically still available until later in the evening.
Aside from that, the greater complaint is that I settled for 2 pizza puffs and the cashier looked at what she got and said “I only have 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese, is that okay?” Which isn’t what I asked for but she didn’t want to go prep another pepperoni puff.
It just seems to me during this interaction that the workers want to do the bare minimum as much as possible, creating a less than pleasant customer experience. This is the only location in this area I’ve experienced this.
Food is good, prices are fair, customer service and good availability is lacking.

Picked up a cheese pizza for my kids and the crazy puffs, worker was nice and genuine. But this is unacceptable. I don’t know who thought this was a good idea to send out crushed food. They were pulled from behind the warmer so I thought they were fresh. Cold as a rock, luckily my kids cheese pizza was hot.

I went in to see about a Fantastic 4 pizza for my son. Dorian (hope I’m spelling that correctly) politely said it was discontinued. I asked for a cheese and noticed the box had a character. I asked if he had one with The Thing on it. He said yes but wasn’t sure if there was any open. While most people nowadays are eager to say no, or not wanting to put in the effort, Dorian did. He found one and my son is very happy. Thanks for helping be the hero for my son. I hope Dorian can get a raise or something substantial. It was a breath of fresh customer service air. Horrible customer service! My mom had placed a pick up order for a pepporni deep dish pizza and an Italian cheese bread. She picked up the order to come home and realize that the order was wrong, she was missing the Italian cheese bread and was given a different pizza in its place. She drove back with the wrong pizza and said that there was a mistake with the order to then be confronted by a very VERY unprofessional manager named Andre, that bluntly accused her of replacing the Italian cheese bread with an old pizza! As a witness I saw that the order was wrong and there was no pizza switched out! Who accuses someone of this?! He continues to say that he refuses to make the Italian cheese bread or refund her for something that was the stores mistake! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, unless you want to be accused for something that wasn't your fault and given day old, cold pizza.

I have been going here for years. We haven't had too many problems but my mom had put in an order for a deep dish and an Italian cheese bread. It was a pickup order and once we took it home we realized they didn't give us an Italian cheese bread but what looked like an old deep dish. My mom went back and nicely expressed that they had made a mistake and asked for the Italian cheese bread. The night manager who said his name was Andre, accused my mom of replacing the Italian cheese bread with a couple day old pizza. He didn't own up to his mistake and made a big scene b accusing my mom of stealing. Needless to say that the workers were unprofessional beyond belief. Don't go to this location if you want good service.
