This location never fails to disappoint! I’ve given them the occasional second chance over the last 10 years or so and I’m not sure why. Food is never made when promised and the quality is quite poor 9 times out of 10.

I had a gathering to go to it was a potluck, and I don't cook. So I ordered 10 pizzas, the Avengers on sale pizza, with multiple toppings in four different flavors, so you had many choices. Well, it was a hit at the party. Everyone loved the pizza and would recommend it to everyone.

They have a specialty Pizza that has jalapenos on it and I just asked if they could take the jalapenos off and they told me no. This is after I walked in the door stood and looked at the girl at the counter who was scrolling through her phone. I counted to 15 before she even looked up at me. Then she stared at me for 3 or 4 seconds and asked if I needed to order something. Yeah duh! This place sucks!

Very disappointed with my experience - I ordered pizza for my family online around 6/6:15 and was given the estimated time of 7:07 - then got a notification that my order would be delayed 30-45 mins longer - THEN my order got cancelled with no call or anything - no reason given on the text although my DoorDash driver was also communicating the delays. To have a company cancel an order with no courtesy call/communication/reason is unacceptable and unprofessional and we had to scramble to figure out other options for dinner last minute which was not fun.

Ordered here before a Boise State football game. App said it would be 40 minutes for pickup. Went into the store and only one person was working the front counter. I could here the cooks yelling out "8 orders up" but no employees move the orders into the pizza portal. 15 minutes after the app said my food was ready I got to the cashier and asked if my food is ready. She told me that the part of the order was ready, but that it would be twenty more minutes till the other part of my order would be ready.

I decided a hour and twenty minutes was too long to wait for pizza, so I told her to cancel the order and left. I contacted little Caesars customer service email and after ten days no one has responded. Even though I never received my order, I was still charged.

This store can handle a busy night. You are better off ordering from somewhere else because then you will actually get your food.

Ordered online and the pizza barely had any cheese on it. We more like cheesy bread, just enough to say it had cheese on it. Wings were okay, but sauce was not tasty. Very disappointed.

The management here is drier and more disgusting than the pizza they just tried to sell me. I should've walked out when I walked in and heard the manager yelling at his employee. No management member should ever speak to an employee the way they were especially in front of customers. I tried to mind my own business but my pizza was dry, gross and burnt. I had to drive 20 minutes back to replace it without a single apology from the manager. They tried to replace my pizza 3 TIMES with similar dried out pizza which I would've walked out with if I hadn't demanded checking them out before I found a pizza worth the actual $6.00.it was worth, I'm so glad I don't work under that manager. I'll never come back to this location and I feel bad for the people that work under this manager. He might " let their mistakes slides" but he needs to be held accountable for his mistakes and keep in mind he's speaking in front of customers.

Decided to wait for a fresh pizza said it would be a little wait. 25 minutes later they give me cold pizza I know it’s cheap but this is ridiculous to wait that long for cold pizza
