From the Houston area with family from NOLA. Only place to go in Idaho for Cajun or creole. Love the owner and their Mardi Gras party each year. The bar in the common area has the best selection of beers on tap too.
We love the catfish here! The food is always perfectly cooked, which is not usual for fish places. The only downside is that it can take a long time if it's busy- this is not fast food.
Plain and simple - this place is HIM! As someone who went to school in Louisiana (geaux tigers), has family from and still around Baton Rouge, lived with buddies from south Louisiana, I am able to confirm these folks are making AUTHENTIC Cajun/creole/southern soul food.
