I am so beyond done with this location. We went through the drive thru around 6pm on 2-24-25.

The girl at the first window was rude, seemed annoyed that I was placing an order. And, yes I'll admit it was a big order for drive thru but I really didn't want to drag my 3 kids inside to place a to go order. But big order or not I should not be able to hear you audibly sigh through the speaker as I'm ordering.

Everyone else was super nice but they forgot a lot of our order. So of course we had to call and tell them then drive back and one I was there i was greeted by this rude drive girl again who told me to "just come inside" and was then given cold food. Best thing ever after I've had a very long day dealing with leaking pipes in my home.

Yeah I know, i know whoever is reading this is just thinking I'm a Karen but this is not the first time. We will not be back here we will stick to one of the other 5 fast food locations on the same street.

After a previously frustrating experience, I returned. I came at 9:30 and left at 10:20. A terrible long wait, I’m at the first window. I pay with cash and change and I do NOT get a receipt, and they do not open the window again. As I move forward the car in front of me is handed a shake, it’s a large chocolate shake(which was on my order) and they hand it back cus it is incorrect. This shake seemingly appears regular. When I finally make it to the last window, I’m handed a small Diet Coke(not my order) and I say no and tell him what I had. He takes a step back and looks at his screen like he had never used it before. I tell him my order 2 more times and he goes back to make it. When he comes back he hands me a shake that looks unmixed(nothing like the milkshake he had mistakenly given the other car) I check the bag and the sandwich has no spicy sauce, I tell him and it takes him 3 minutes to give me the same sandwich but with spicy sauce spread over the chicken and messily strewed over the bun. I did not have the willpower to tell him how horrible the shake was and to top it off as we take out the straw to put it in the shake it is cracked down the whole thing. The fries were more than chewy and oozed out oil with every bite. You would think if it took 50 minutes to get your order that that order would be fresh and hot?

They canceled my order on my way there on my break at work and I unfortunately had to order inside and was late off break, but when I went inside I could tell they were slammed and Leroy in the front was SO kind and helpful and apologetic to me (which wasn't necessary but very sweet) thank you Leroy for all your hard work and smiles. And thanks to all the hard workers doing the best they can at this location, it is very busy

What can I say except they are one of the most prolific hamburger chains in the world. They have a very consistent style so no matter where you go it’s always going to be the same taste. It’s not a cheep as they use to be but it is what it is. Come and get a Big Mac for posterity.

The staff were friendly, but they forgot to give us the catch-up we asked for. We are traveling far so we will not be going back.

Also, my 10 year old said that they wanted to eat more, but the taste was so bad that she could not bring herself to do it. That might be because we are Chick-fil-A fans and don’t usually go to McDonalds. Chick-fil-A was closed today 😭

Was in the 1st drive thru line. Waited behind a car and another went through the 2nd drive thru, got their order and then they just skipped me and let the 2nd line have another order even though there was another car in line after me and before the other. Seems like the drive thru kid doesn't know how to work the headset.

Would rate -1000 stars but I can’t, waited for 2 hours in line then got denied my food that I steady paid for. Idk what the guys name was but whoever was working the window at 4:15am on Sunday morning
