Melt Food Truck

On Sunday afternoon we had a wonderful visit by the Melt Food Truck and its owner Mark Turnbow. He brought the BEST tomato? basil ? soup we have ever eaten WOW could be addictive and also the classic cheese ? melt again it was so good Thank you Mark ❤️Don &Jennie. Absolutely the best sandwich ever! A grilled cheese for adults! My favorite is the Ham and Brie, but they are all great! The ingredients are of the highest quality - great Acme bread - which is important to hold all the other ingredients! The tomato basil is fantastic as well. Went to Koenig winery for a tasting today, and the Melt food truck was out front. Good thing too, we had already been to another winery and needed some lunch, which is sparse in Idaho wine country. Split a 3 peaks melt with the squeeze, and added the pastrami. With cheddar, provolone an mozzarella cheeses, it was great. Another slice of pastrami would have made it 6 star.
