Went into Mod Pizza and had a disappointing experience. There were two employees working, and although I waited about 10 minutes to get started, which I didn’t mind, it was clear neither of them wanted to be there. They looked upset, barely spoke, and the energy was just unwelcoming. When I finally ordered, they just silently made the pizza with zero engagement or friendliness.
I asked for my pizza to be cooked well done, but the employee pulled it out of the oven without checking if it was done to my liking. When I asked her to take a look at it, she gave me an attitude and looked annoyed. At that point, I felt uncomfortable just being there. I said “thank you, have a good night” and got completely ignored.
The quality of the pizza also reflected the attitude. There was barely any sauce or cheese, and the toppings were thrown on with no care. I had to repeatedly ask for more of what I wanted, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them by just placing an order. Overall, the staff was rude, disengaged, and made the whole experience feel like a chore for both them and me.

I’m not sure about all the comments about rude staff, each time we come to this location each employee is warm and welcoming. Had another great visit today, aside from the line being long and took some fine, but that’s what happens when you have good food. It’s my kids favourite pizza. Thanks again!

The pizza was pretty good. Like they say it’s fast and they do get to you fast. It is also fresh and so many different choices you can have on your pizza. Come on down and get your grub on with a pretty good pizza. ?

I am disappointed that I paid for extra toppings and my pizza did not have much topping and the sauce was thicker than I requested. When we got the pizza and Garlic/Cheese bread it was also cold. Real bummer first time trying this place not going back again.
MOD Pizza is my favorite pizza and I was really disappointed when they closed the Twin Falls store so I went to the Boise store it and I was really disappointed in how they cooked my pizza.

The food is as good as the other branch, store is clean and nice, but this one employee acted very unprofessional. She dropped a pen into a tomato sauce container while I am ordering. Then after another staff changed it with a new one, I continue to order, I said I want a salad on the side, she didn’t even give me opportunity to say or care to ask what salad I want (they have 4 salads in the menus), instead she just called another staff and said it out loud “ I dont like making salad”….
No eye contact, nothing. As soon as I ordered salad…

One employee complained the entire time about life, work etc. My daughter swears the pizzas are good, but I ordered the chopped salad. It had 40% bad tāsting Romain Ribs, I call them dinosaur bones, see pic. Long waits, only good employee was the one making/prepping the pizzas, salad... not so much Over hyped place in my opinion, 2 stars a generous rating!

If you want your delivery to arrive 2 hours later and life cold, and you aren’t able to contact Mod or the delivery service for help, then go for it! I can’t get ahold of anyone to get my money refunded because the phone has been ringing for 5 minutes. Classy.
