The pizza was pretty good. Like they say it’s fast and they do get to you fast. It is also fresh and so many different choices you can have on your pizza. Come on down and get your grub on with a pretty good pizza. ?

I am disappointed that I paid for extra toppings and my pizza did not have much topping and the sauce was thicker than I requested. When we got the pizza and Garlic/Cheese bread it was also cold. Real bummer first time trying this place not going back again.

MOD Pizza is my favorite pizza and I was really disappointed when they closed the Twin Falls store so I went to the Boise store it and I was really disappointed in how they cooked my pizza.

The food is as good as the other branch, store is clean and nice, but this one employee acted very unprofessional. She dropped a pen into a tomato sauce container while I am ordering. Then after another staff changed it with a new one, I continue to order, I said I want a salad on the side, she didn’t even give me opportunity to say or care to ask what salad I want (they have 4 salads in the menus), instead she just called another staff and said it out loud “ I dont like making salad”….
No eye contact, nothing. As soon as I ordered salad…

One employee complained the entire time about life, work etc. My daughter swears the pizzas are good, but I ordered the chopped salad. It had 40% bad tāsting Romain Ribs, I call them dinosaur bones, see pic. Long waits, only good employee was the one making/prepping the pizzas, salad... not so much Over hyped place in my opinion, 2 stars a generous rating!

If you want your delivery to arrive 2 hours later and life cold, and you aren’t able to contact Mod or the delivery service for help, then go for it! I can’t get ahold of anyone to get my money refunded because the phone has been ringing for 5 minutes. Classy.

We ordered food to pick up. The promise time was 8:56 and they did not even start making it until we arrived at 9 o clock. We got our order 20 minutes after the fact, almost an hour after we placed the order. I have worked restaurants and specifically pizza lots of times so I get being behind and IF they were busy this wouldn’t be a big deal. But there was no one else in there. It was late simply because the two girls working were yapping too much to make our food. Annoying!! Food was fine.
