We just had one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever encountered at this place. We’ve been regulars here, but after tonight, never again.
The woman working decided to take out her bad mood on us for no reason. When we politely asked her to stop, she completely lost control, yelling at us, refusing to make the pizza the way we ordered it, and then escalating the situation by calling the police. When officers arrived, they immediately saw we were doing nothing wrong just sitting and eating and told backup to stand down. That says everything.
Her behavior was so extreme that other staff members apologized for her actions right in front of us. We left peacefully, but the fact that it ever got that far is beyond unacceptable.
If you’re expecting decent service, flexibility with something as simple as extra sauce, or the ability to give feedback without being screamed at, this is not the place. The way this employee handled herself was unprofessional, hostile, and frankly shocking.

i came here for lunch with my mom and she was looking for cherry coke which they don’t hold in store and dylan, one of the workers, heard her and goes to the back and comes back with two canned cherry cokes from his personal stash and just gave them to us. didn’t try to charge us or anything just from his heart. shout out dylan we love you.

I absolutely love MOD Pizza, and this location is one of my favorites! The staff is always quick, friendly, and consistently makes great pizzas. One of the things I appreciate most is the ability to add as many toppings and sauces as you'd like, all for the same price!
Their lemonade is another highlight, always flavorful and incredibly refreshing.
Also FYI: the best base combo is pesto and BBQ sauce. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and creamy, and it takes the pizza to a whole new level. I once was recommended this combo by a MOD employee and I've never gotten anything different since!
Highly recommend both MOD Pizza and this location!

Went into Mod Pizza and had a disappointing experience. There were two employees working, and although I waited about 10 minutes to get started, which I didn’t mind, it was clear neither of them wanted to be there. They looked upset, barely spoke, and the energy was just unwelcoming. When I finally ordered, they just silently made the pizza with zero engagement or friendliness.
I asked for my pizza to be cooked well done, but the employee pulled it out of the oven without checking if it was done to my liking. When I asked her to take a look at it, she gave me an attitude and looked annoyed. At that point, I felt uncomfortable just being there. I said “thank you, have a good night” and got completely ignored.
The quality of the pizza also reflected the attitude. There was barely any sauce or cheese, and the toppings were thrown on with no care. I had to repeatedly ask for more of what I wanted, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them by just placing an order. Overall, the staff was rude, disengaged, and made the whole experience feel like a chore for both them and me.
I’m not sure about all the comments about rude staff, each time we come to this location each employee is warm and welcoming. Had another great visit today, aside from the line being long and took some fine, but that’s what happens when you have good food. It’s my kids favourite pizza. Thanks again!
