Sushi is delisioso! Close to home. Gotta try ramen next time! 👍🏻👍🏻
The miso ramen and the tonkatsu ramen were amazing. The takoyaki was the best I’ve had.

The way you treat your employees is completely unacceptable. To repeatedly say “quit” over and over to someone who works for you in an effort to force them out is not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful. Employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, no matter the circumstances. Your behavior reflects poorly on your leadership and the values of this establishment. Because of this, I will never eat here, and I will make sure others know about this unacceptable treatment of your staff.

Incorrect hours posted on door as well as open sign on - but doors locked and employees looking at us funny.
Pork was cold. Gyoza is sub par and under cooked, instant ramen taste noodles stuck together by far one of the worst ramen experiences I have had. I wonder why so cheap now I know they cutting corners. Egg was good though

The black garlic tonkotsu is amazing!!! I ordered takeout and the presentation was beautiful. I am thrilled to have found Nara, it’s tough to find a great ramen restaurant.

Tried this place a couple times, but it had terrible customer service. Go to Bown Crossing. It has better service and good sushi.

I wanted to like this place, but the ramen I got was terrible. My wife also agreed it was one of the worst ramens we’ve had. The service was great and it was a really nice place, just not good food.

This review is not for the food. I was given a gift card, ate at the one in Bown crossing, went to pay with gift card and was told the girt cards are location specific. That is incredibly misleading, inconvenient and very strange. I have never heard a chain before where the gift cards can only be used at one location of the chain. Ridiculous policy that many people given a gift card are likely unaware of.
Wouldn't let me dine in

Had a hankering for ramen today so I thought I would try it out Nara. It was ok. I ordered the tori paitan (Chicken ramen) and a jasmine tea. The bowl that came out was hearty! Unfortunately, the broth was not really hot, was overly salty and the chicken was dry. The saltiness of the broth was overwhelming that I couldn't eat much of it. The jasmine tea I ordered is really good but didn't look like anything in the photo posted. But it was still good. They do have sesame balls there which I'll go back for since they are my grandma's favorite but I don't think I'll be trying anything else on the menu. It's too bad cause they are just around the corner from by place.
