EVERYTIME, every-time we order takeout the order is wrong! So tired of it!! We do sub & add things to the ramen for dietary reasons & personal preference.Order was SO wrong today I had to drive pack, wait for a long time until the made new.The ONLY reason I go back is because the ramen is good, service is HORRIBLE.

Ordered delivery since I was stuck at home without a car. They texted me that it had been delivered but it had not. I texted back and called several times and there was no answer. No way to get ahold of them and paid for food I didn't receive.

Placed an order for pickup online and was never notified that it was ready. Called the location over a dozen times and no one answered any of the calls. Eventually had to go down to the store just to find out that the order had been ready for hours. Food is normally good when it hasn't been sitting out....

We have been there more than a few times. I crave the spicy with extra spicy. So glad it's close to our house. Their seaweed salad is delicious!
I always get the pork chashu, which is really good and gives you a lot of food for the price, but decided to try the ramen this time. I ordered the gluten free miso with beef. there was only one thin slice of meat, which was disappointing (especially since I was sharing it with someone else). Going by the pictures, I'm assuming there's supposed to be more.

Walked into the restaurant to place an order to go order the chicken ramen to go. The broth is delicious I will definitely come back. Try other items on their menu.
Walked into restaurant at 7:45 was greeted by a worker who was busy on the side. He did not come to the front at all, he just continued working on the side. I finally asked him at 7:57, am I supposed to order off this machine? Then he said, we close at 8:30 so you need to be out of here by 8:25, so if you order food I can make it for you to go. UNBELIEVABLE Eddie! Maybe you should get a job that doesn't require customer service, cause it was obviously more important to you to close up and leave...rather than make money for the company and feed a family of 7 with 4 starving children. If you would've came to the front when we got there I'm sure we would have been finished by your 8:25 deadline! Just lost our business and everyone else we tell about your TERRIBLE customer service!

This place used to be okay at best but I recently ordered one of their ramen bowls with squid balls and a milk tea. If it was just one item that was bad, I wouldn't be making this review. The ramen was filled with expired produce and the ramen egg was SPOILED. besides that, the squid balls, which are usually my favorite, were absolutely horrid. They tasted as if they were sitting out for a week. Lastly the boba tastes like they pumped soap into the drink. FOUL. This place used to be a go-to ramen spot for me but, wth is this?

I'm sorry.but I'm a bit of a ramen nerd,slice your agitatamo so that the yolk has a chance to warm up...'mite kudasai' make it look like on the menu!!! Love the broth!!

Are you a person with Celiac Disease that craves ramen? OMG. Nara has a full gluten-free ramen menu. The noodles were great (I've had my share of terrible GF noodles, so, YAY). This was the warm, nourishing, comfort food I needed.Dietary restrictions: Separate gluten-free menu to make ordering easy!

Tantan noodles were good. The broth was rich and flavorful, noddle texture was good, the only thing, I may complain, is that the soup wasn't coming out as hot, it was just a little bit on the warm side, perhaps that's how the majority of people like it but for me personally, I like the ramen soup served hot, so just something to be minded when you order. If you are like me and like your soup hot, make sure you let the server know.
