I wanted to like this place, but the ramen I got was terrible. My wife also agreed it was one of the worst ramens we’ve had. The service was great and it was a really nice place, just not good food.
Had a hankering for ramen today so I thought I would try it out Nara. It was ok. I ordered the tori paitan (Chicken ramen) and a jasmine tea. The bowl that came out was hearty! Unfortunately, the broth was not really hot, was overly salty and the chicken was dry. The saltiness of the broth was overwhelming that I couldn't eat much of it. I always get the pork chashu, which is really good and gives you a lot of food for the price, but decided to try the ramen this time. I ordered the gluten free miso with beef. there was only one thin slice of meat, which was disappointing (especially since I was sharing it with someone else). Going by the pictures, I'm assuming there's supposed to be more.
