I went to Country Bay Bistro last week with my daughter. I had the ribeye. It was tender and the veggies were very obviously fresh and both were well cooked. The seasoning was great. My daughter had chicken fettucine alfredo and she said it was good. She said the cheese cake was amazing! So, fast forward to today, New Year's Day. It was open and I stopped in for a Classic Burger. It wasn't very good this time. This was our second time at Country Bay Bistro. My salmon wasn't cooked all the way through, and the veggies were cooked too much.
Our daughter-in-law's steak was tough, and I think her pasta needed more sauce. I think her shrimp was just 'okay'.
My husband and son said the clam chowder was good, although it had the whole clam in it, and you had to eat it out of the shell.

The place is a little kitschy, which I think fits with this style of restaurant.
I'll definitely be coming back for more, as a side note my steak was on par with ones from restaurants that charge three times as much!
