This is a dirty, disgusting, unfriendly bar. Do not go there, don’t eat there, and don’t spend your money there. This place is filthy with mice/rat feces in the women’s very small restroom. If you question any with the wait staff, they go get the owner/chef and escort you out and threaten to call the police.
Apparently, based upon the response - the owner has the story incorrect. My husband and I were at a side table, NOT showing anyone our private pictures, but the waitress decided to overreach by looking at something that was none of her business. Additionally, there were no nude photos whatsoever but personal photos. We questioned why there were kids sitting at the bar and threatened to have the liquor license reviewed and that seemed to hit a nerve. We were then asked to leave. My husband never said he wanted to ‘fight the waitress’ ever - that is ridiculous. Be sure to read all the reviews on this place as they tend to not like ‘outsiders’. Horrible experience & environment!

Great atmosphere and awesome service! The food and beer are excellent — perfect for enjoying with family, friends, or colleagues who will definitely be impressed. As someone born here in Boise, I’m so glad we have places like this in our city!

We had not been in for 5 or 6 years but were in the neighborhood again and decided to have dinner. Could not believe the horrible service. It appeared if you were a regular she was happy enough to interact but not so much for a couple of new faces. The food was good but the atmosphere was not at all what we remembered or would go back for.

Went in for a drink after work to chill out at a fun pub a friend recommended. The second we stepped in the atmosphere was super tense and the bartender was really cagey. Basically waited until last possible moment to then come over and ask for drinks order...when there was only 5 people in the bar counting us. I'm sure it could be a fun place but that experience left us uncomfortable and unwilling to return. Shame the place looked fun.

90 minutes and we are still waiting for food. I’ve been here before. It’s a pretty basic burger. Never again.

We love a good Irish pub, and enjoyed this one enough to go back a second time. The food was good, although the corn beef and cabbage was not available, which was disappointing. Still, there were other options like the Rubin and Doublin dip, which were very food. My wife had the salmon salad, a huge portion of leafy greens. They had an Irish session one night and an open mic the second visit, both very enjoyable and well established. The pub is a bit dark, but seems to be par with the overall atmosphere. I would recommend it if you like good fare and a friendly local pub style scene. We will certainly come back when we are in Boise in the future.

Not sure about the food, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. Was just passing thru, meeting a friend really quick. Really liked the atmosphere & service. Would definitely go back. My friend highly recommended it & she lives in town. Apparently they have shows there, which would be good to see. They have a nice spot for it.

Love O'Michael's for a great finger steaks meal. The steak is tender and home cut fries! Add a cold beer and you have a winning combo. Friendly staff are the bonus.
