The parking lot is really hard to get in and out of, there isn't a drive thru, and the wait is typically out the door during meal times. Employees work fast and efficiently, but the location puts them at a disadvantage.
Out of all the Panda Express I've been to, this place has the best food by far. It's fast simple, and when I'm stuck downtown Boise driving, it's easy to get in and out. I highly recommend this location foods top-notch and so are the people.

Would give 10 stars if I could! Every time I come here they are fast, friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. I had to post right now because I just got food to go and I let the manager know about a food item I didn't receive last time I ate here. He didn't even question me or ask to see the receipt (which I had just in case). He gave me the item in question for free to make up for it. Amazing customer service!
