Ordered three cheese steaks and doubled up. So ultimately 6 cheese steaks as we did here they were small. With delivery charge, automatic tip and all it was almost $80.00. We received half our order and they told us they would review in the next 24 hours for a refund. I would never order from this place again. It was a first time and a last. Sad if your business’s whole plan is basically delivery only and you cannot even get that right.

We order from them through door dash and when the food got here 1 of the things was completely the wrong item, another was missing ranch and the side of chipotle mayo. Our door dasher went back up there and we called and had them remake it but they wouldn't give it to the dasher. So my husband had to go up there and get it. We paid to not have to leave and for our dasher to be denied our food is unacceptable.

I sincerely wish I had found these reviews before I ordered...Uber eats popped this up as a suggestion and who doesn't like a cheese steak? Well this is a farse, one of those so called virtual kitchens run out of other restaurants. I have been burned once a long time ago by this crap and now I guess second time. The item was from iHop and it was just a soggy mess more like bread pudding with some grease and meat thrown in...I threw away the second sandwich and the donut bites were just dry balls of dough with a tiny bit of cinnamon. Cannot comment on the brownie bc they didn't put it in the bag......Run away far and fast from this and don't even consider it. The bad part (as if it could get worse) is the only thing I can do on uber eats is thumbs up or thumbs down and cannot write an actual review. Horrible horrible experience.
Didn't get my side of cheese sauce, the cheese steak was mediocre at best. The donut bites were hard and stale. Didn't get my drink, and when brought up to Instacart, who used Ubereats, no customer service.

This place was amazing!! It arrived hotter than any food I have ever ordered from dd and the food was to die for.
30 bucks for a sandwich and half a childs portion of frys. It didn't have the peppers and onions that I ordered or the side of ranch. Honestly maverick gas station has better food and bigger portions. Never again!

My cheese steak didn’t even have cheese on it. Just 2 chicken tenders in a bun with burnt bacon. Neither of the cheesesteaks had cheese or onions. The fries were the best part of the meal considering they didn’t include the drinks. And the fries were awful. Cold, and soggy.

This is a "Virtual restaurant concept" this will be the down fall of small local business. Food is trash customer service is none existent. Just find a good local mom and pop shop to give your money to instead. They have cut rate kitchens cook the food and haphazardly ship it out the door. The local IHOP makes these. They forgot to send our drinks and extra cheese.

Terrible presentation and bland taste for being Chipotle sauce. My sandwich showed up and the wrapper was ripped and visible from in the bag. I took a couple bites and don't think I can finish. The presentation really makes me worry what the kitchen these get made in looks like. Will.never order again.

$75 order for 3 sandwiches. Two chipotle chicken and zero extras that were ordered and paid for, no mushrooms, no onions, no peppers, no bacon. One Philly cheesesteak missing mushrooms. Forgot all three drinks. Didn’t include the sauces we ordered. Food was too salty, the meat was way overcooked. Horrible!!!
