“I ordered delivery so atmosphere didn't receive a review. With that being said the food and delivery service was fantastic. The delivery driver was a woman and I am unable to remember her name but she was very helpful pointing out how to see the good deals Pizza Hut offers and was very nice. I appreciate the service and food and will be ordering more from them in the future!“
“This is the best Pizza Hut location I’ve been to in the valley! Not only was my food made to perfection, the girl working up front, who we later found out is named Avery, paid for my client’s entire order because his card wasn’t working and he didn’t have any other money. She was such a sweetheart from the minute we walked in the door even though some of our order details were confusing and she made my client’s day since he wouldn’t have been able to eat otherwise. Thank you thank you thank you for being so kind and giving, especially during the holiday season.“
“I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but my experience at the Pizza Hut on 9050 Ustick Road in Boise absolutely deserved one. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was outstanding.
A huge shoutout to the manager, Kelsey — she truly went above and beyond for us. Without hesitation, she made sure every detail of our visit was taken care of and did so with a smile and genuine warmth. It's rare to find that level of dedication in customer service, and it made all the difference.
The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious — exactly what you want from Pizza Hut. But honestly, it was Kelsey's exceptional hospitality that turned a great meal into a memorable experience. This location is lucky to have her leading the team.
