My family loves this place. We know it’s a chain, but the food options are consistently tasty and offered at a good value. We have had the wings, boneless chicken thighs, ribs, brisket, kids sliders, pulled pork sandwich, fries, garlic mashers, Mac n cheese, and coleslaw. The ribs, garlic mashers, and hush puppies are my favorite, but everything is really yummy! My niece loves the sweet sauce and that there is red cream soda as a drink option. I love that there is a big, communal handwashing sink and a choice of a variety of to-go containers available if you didn’t finish your food.

Been here many times normally a good experience. On this particular day the wait time for food after ordering was much longer than normal. What happened to the service? Maybe new staff? Also the server taking orders didn't know how to pour beer from the tap correctly. Got way too much foam.
Great environment, parked in the garage on the second floor, made it easy to get too. Hush puppies, mac & cheese, and brisket were my favorites.

The hardest part was finding my way to the upper floor where this location is located. After that, friendly service and the ribs, smoked wings, and baked beans were really tasty. The ribs were tender and not covered in sauce, just the rub as I like it. I did try a little of the Carolina and spicy sauce and liked them both.

My coworker and I love a baked potato, so we visited R&R on Wednesday since they have a baked potato special. Unfortunately we didn't get there until 1:00, and they were out of baked potatoes, but I wanted to highlight Patty's top-notch customer service. She honored R&R's emailed offer for a free dessert even though I hadn't gotten their app yet, and she was so kind to us in the wake of our disappointment about the potatoes. We'll be back for sure, much earlier next time.

They are liars. They lie about their wages online and then gaslight you when you interview and they say $11/hour + tips.
Fools, you said $16/hr online. You can't just assume it will come out to be $16/hr with tips as you don't know what the tips will be for any given shift.
